Ms. Suvra Rahman is a dedicated and driven facilitating professional with over 25+ years of seasoned experience in educational institutions in lesson planning, instructing, training as well as assessing students of varied levels. She has a strong academic background along with different professional certification. She has secured graduation and Masters in English Language and Literature. She has obtained Post Graduate certification in Human Resource Management from Canada. She is TESL certified as well, from Oxford Seminars, Canada. Moreover, she is the Chancellor’s Gold Medal winner for acquiring high standard of essay writing.

Her career path is also very vibrant. She has teaching as well as administrative experience in three different countries. She began her career as an English teacher in Bangladesh, continued as a teacher in Saudi Arabia which extended in Canada. Simultaneously she worked in the school administration as an Academic Supervisor and the Principal. During her long working years, she gathered experience in reviewing, recommending and approving educational programs being implemented throughout the institution. She also planned, drafted and submitted proposals for accommodations, new programming and others to the Ministry of Education for approval. Identifying staffing needs throughout the institution and handling staff selection and recruitment process was in her job description.

She supervised staff, tracked attendance, managed leave requests, conducted annual performance appraisals, updated salary structure and allocated bonuses based for exemplary performance.

She always counsels students in groups or individually and guide them to improve their academic ratings and personal behaviors. Her amicable personality is one of the reasons that she is very much liked and adored among the students and parents.
